Breathing And Core Exercise (BACE) class –

This low impact class is designed to improve joint mobility, balance, posture and core activation through breathing, balance and Pilates inspired exercises.

Gentle Flow (Yin Yoga, Qigong and Moving Meditation) class –

A gentle, rejuvenating class designed around stretching, slow-flowing movement and breathing, leaving you feel more relaxed.

Low Impact Gym class – 

Experience a gentle, joint-friendly workout at your own pace. Perfect for a full-body challenge without excessive stress, it’s ideal for those with joint discomfort. Our supportive staff ensures you gain independence in the gym environment.

Shred It class –

Dare to sweat? Experience a high intensity, full body workout that targets the major muscle groups. From circuit style gym sessions to Tabata – each class brings its own unique challenges.

HydroFit class – 

A high energy, low impact water based exercise class, enabling you to workout with a SPLASH in our mineral Hydrotherapy pool!

HydroFlow class – 

Our low-intensity hydrotherapy fitness class. Harnessing water’s buoyancy and resistance, this unique program promotes joint mobility, and overall well-being. Engage in gentle movements and stretches for enhanced relaxation and improved range of motion.

Fit Fellas class –

Gym and Hydro (Alternating) class designed specifically for men to enhance overall health & fitness, while fostering a supportive & motivating environment among like-minded gentlemen. 

Chick’r’cise class –

A lively, women-focused workout in Gym and Pool (Alternating). Low-impact cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises in a supportive, fun atmosphere. Ideal for all fitness levels. Stay fit, feel fabulous, and make friends with Chick’r’cise.

BrainFit class – 

Seated group session – You will wiggle, giggle, sit and sway!
